Teodora Boneva is Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics and Jacobs Center for Productive Youth Development at the University of Zurich. She is also a Research Associate at the IFS, Fellow of the Jacobs Foundation Research Fellowship Program, Research Affiliate of the IZA and CEPR, and Member of the CESifo Research Network and the HCEO. Teodora’s primary research fields are labour economics and education economics, and her research focuses on the formation of skills, personality and preferences in childhood, as well as the role of beliefs in human capital investment decisions.
